What's the role?

At Bloomberg Supply Chain, we manage and issue IT equipment including PCs, laptops, servers, and routers to clients and for internal operations. This equipment must be collected back at end-of-life, for repairs, or as clients’ equipment needs change. Equipment returns is a critical enabler of BLP’s Chain of Custody controls processes as well as overall Inventory Control. The returns process is executed at the regional level while this role is a global support role responsible for process subject matter expertise, process improvement, developing dashboards, KPIs and supporting decisions through data. This role is at the heart of supply chain operations and connects with our internal and external customer support groups including sales. You’ll be closely connected to operations at the regional level but in a position to steer the global strategy.

We'll trust you to:

-Develop your network to learn BLP’s supply chain operations and drive change
-Take the initiative to dive into processes and data and develop strategies to enhance our equipment returns operations
-Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and identify process improvements
-Create process maps for the various workflows our ERS team handles
-Communicate findings, status and progress to stakeholders
-Dive into the data and create meaningful dashboards and metrics
-Influence multiple stakeholders to achieve operational expectations


You'll need to have:

-4+ years working in supply chain
-Experience with SAP
-Process mapping skills
-Data analytic skills
-Experience developing SOPs and other tools for operational use

We'd love to see:

-LEAN/six sigma certifications
-Chain of custody and or equipment returns experience
-Supply chain experience (e.g., logistics, inventory control, planning etc.)
-Agile experience
-Strong presentation skills including written and verbal
-Curiosity and desire to expand your knowledge beyond current expertise

Salary Range = 105000 - 130000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
