Our Global Finance organization provides financial analytics and insights to our business leaders. The Corporate Finance organization reports on the performance of the business and provides analysis to various stakeholders to guide key decisions. Our team provides our leaders with key drivers and considerations, as they execute their strategy and the daily operations.
As the Chief of Staff, you will plan, drive and coordinate the production of our key deliverables and projects, ensuring quality completion. You will work with our team and various cross-functional departments to ensure execution is thoughtful, thorough and timely. In looking at our collective processes, you will continuously look for opportunities for our team to work more effectively and efficiently.
We’ll trust you with:
Managing our Corporate Calendar & Workstreams
- Develop and manage Corporate FP&A calendar of deliverables across all teams (Planning, Management Reporting, Treasury, etc.)
- Communicate across relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables and workstreams are managed effectively.
- Prepare the team for deliverables that can be proactively prepared
- Develop standardized approach for communication with all stakeholders (i.e. Finance partners across Accounting, Business CFO’s, Tax, etc.)
Enhancing the Quality of Processes & Deliverables
- Create complete inventory of processes led by Corporate FP&A (Planning, Management Reporting, Treasury, etc.)
- Document all processes (and respective controls, when applicable) to ensure there is an understanding of end-to-end workflows
- Identify gaps / risks / opportunities and develop plan to address high risk / priority activities, including cross-training as needed
- Establish QC processes across all deliverables produced by Corporate (Planning, Management Reporting, Treasury, etc.)
Strengthening our team
- Support leadership team and ensure communication across Corporate FP&A team is efficient
- Ensure leadership team is aware of any key deadlines / activities outside of Finance (i.e. HR deadlines, internal budget activities for Corporate FP&A)
- Manage team goals / updating quarterly activities and submissions for Corporate FP&A and performance review cycles/processes (mid-year, year-end)
- Operate as point of contact on all access management activities and reviews to ensure efficient execution and strong governance
- Plan / facilitate team meetings, town halls, etc. Ensure all logistics for critical activities are planned thoughtfully
You will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or other business major is required
- 12-15+ years of experience in general finance or corporate finance role, with a focus on project or program management
- Experience in leveraging and implementing technology to improve end-to-end processes, create efficiencies and mitigate risk
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive information and apply discretion and judgment
- Proven ability to solve complex problems; improving processes and driving productivity
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to distill complexity with a methodical and organized approach
- Ability to effectively manage a broad range of stakeholders across a broad range of disciplines, including senior leaders
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance and project management principles.
- Experience with financial systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Salary Range = 155,000 - 205,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
