  • Respond promptly and effectively to ad hoc client issues, including the investigation and resolution of complex SQL issues
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of Data License Plus (DL+) tenants, including configuration, validation, and initial production support
  • Monitor vendor partner notifications and announcements, perform impact analysis, and take necessary action to prevent service disruptions
  • Champion data quality through ongoing process improvements and the implementation of automation initiatives
  • Participate in pre- and post-release user acceptance testing for new service upgrades and system enhancements
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as required

You'll need to have:
  • Solid experience in data operations and data quality assurance, with familiarity in data formats (e.g. Parquet, Avro, JSON, XML) and cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks or Google BigQuery
  • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to analyse and solve complex queries.
  • Experience in client-facing technical support roles
  • Exposure to software testing and UAT cycles, especially in a SaaS or data services environment
  • Demonstrable ability to perform and deliver in a dynamic, complex and diverse environment
  • Solid understanding of financial data, instruments and market concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an innovative mindset and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in standard PC applications, including Excel, Word and other productivity and data analysis tools

  • Self-motivated, proactive and positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Experience with data providers such as Bloomberg, MSCI, Sustainalytics, ICE, Morningstar, etc., covering data products including reference, pricing and ESG data
  • The ability to multi-task, be organized, detail oriented and a fast learner
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization

We'd love to see:
  • Curiosity about data-driven technologies and their operational applications
  • Availability to work on public holidays where required, with a weekday provided off in lieu
