Bloomberg’s Research Management Solutions (RMS) is a fully integrated buy-side solution that empowers clients to manage investment research efficiently, compliantly, and collaboratively. Leveraging AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP), RMS enables clients to uncover insights across one of the world’s largest libraries of broker research, company filings, transcripts, and internal notes. With seamless integration into Microsoft Office®, structured publishing workflows, and real-time collaboration tools, RMS centralizes qualitative and quantitative research, supports ESG engagement tracking, and connects to Bloomberg Query Language (BQL) for powerful analytics.
Our goal is to provide the most scalable research platform in the market — one that helps clients generate actionable ideas, manage compliance risk, and collaborate more effectively across the investment lifecycle.

What's the role?
As a Relationship Manager, you will be part of a team that manages critical client relationships with responsibilities for developing the PORT and RMS business to new firms and markets within South-East Asia, interacting with clients on a daily basis and meeting with decision makers on strategic decisions, as well as supporting the team on deployment and tactical planning. This role interacts heavily across multiple internal business areas, ensuring effective collaboration in providing best solutions and service. 

We'll trust you to:
  • Develop and maintain strong buy-side client relationships through consultative engagement/sales process
  • Proactively find and generate pipeline for new sales within South-East Asia
  • Strategically look across your region to expand the PORT, RMS, and Bloomberg product footprint
  • Develop a sound understanding of Bloomberg’s products, how they integrate with financial markets, and have the ability to position our solutions appropriately
  • Contribute innovative ideas that anticipate and address client needs
  • Participate actively in new projects that drive departmental and firm-wide initiatives

You'll need to have:
  • Minimum 5 years of client facing experience in Financial Services or a Financial Technology company
  • Experience selling workflow infrastructure solutions to buy-side firms
  • Consultative sales skills, including competitive market research, lead generation, prospecting and business development, gained within the past 2 years
  • Demonstrated experience with Equities, Fixed Income, FX or Derivative asset classes
  • A strong grasp of the end-to-end buy-side workflow infrastructure and technology stack
  • Ability to effectively time-manage and prioritize initiatives
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
  • Bachelor’s degree or degree equivalent qualifications
