We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a critical role requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to the CEO in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the seamless execution of priorities across the business.
This role requires on-site presence at our headquarters four days per week, with one day available for remote work.
WE’LL TRUST YOU TO:
- Manage the CEO’s complex, global calendar with precision and strategic foresight, balancing competing priorities and anticipating needs well in advance.
- Coordinate and manage extensive domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries, logistics, and real-time adjustments.
- Serve as a key point of coordination between the CEO, senior leadership, and their executive assistants to facilitate smooth communication and execution.
- Lead the coordination and preparation of executive-level, board-level, and organization-wide meeting materials, including presentations, briefing documents, and agendas.
- Organize and support high-profile meetings, town halls, and events, including planning, logistics, and follow-up.
- Briefing Material Preparation such as compiling digital dossiers for every meeting, including bios of attendees, recent company news, and relevant data points.
- Drafting & Ghostwriting such as preparing first drafts of internal "Town Hall" memos, executive summaries, and high-level correspondence that mirrors the CEO’s tone.
- Manage business operations on behalf of the CEO, including expenses, select procurement, and other administrative processes requiring senior-level discretion.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and information flow to maximize the CEO’s effectiveness.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and judgment.
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
- 10+ years of executive administrative experience, with significant experience supporting a C-suite executive, ideally a CEO or equivalent senior leader.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex, global organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to think strategically and anticipate needs.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- High degree of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Experience in media, technology, or a similarly dynamic industry is highly desirable.
- Interest in media is essential.
- Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, Bloomberg Terminal basics.
Salary Range = 85000 - 125000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
