About the Inclusion Center of Excellence (COE)
The Inclusion Center of Excellence sets the enterprise direction, standards, and capabilities for Inclusion at Bloomberg. The COE enables consistent execution by integrating Inclusion standards into HR processes, tools, and experiences, while allowing for local adaptation within defined guardrails.
Role overview
As an Inclusion Enablement Partner, you will focus on turning Inclusion standards into practical tools, processes, and experiences that managers and employees can use and feel.
You will work primarily with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Mobility) to integrate Inclusion standards into HR systems and operating rhythms. You will also support select partners outside of HR, such as Marketing and Philanthropy, where their work intersects with Inclusion strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, execution-focused, and strong at project and relationship management, with the ability to connect multiple stakeholders around shared outcomes.
We’ll trust you to:
- Embed Inclusion standards into HR processes
- Partner with HR COEs to integrate Inclusion standards into tools, workflows, and programs across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive adoption and consistency across regions while operating within established guardrails.
- Coordinate and prioritize work
- Maintain a cross-functional view of Inclusion-related initiatives across HR and key partners.
- Identify overlaps, dependencies, and sequencing opportunities to reduce duplication.
- Drive execution
- Lead planning and delivery of Inclusion initiatives (e.g., tool rollouts, enablement efforts, campaigns).
- Maintain clear project plans, timelines, roles, and dependencies.
- Surface risks and escalate decisions as needed.
- Translate strategy into practical tools
- Partner with Insights & Governance to translate standards into playbooks, guides, templates, FAQs, and manager toolkits.
- Support Marketing and Philanthropy partners with Inclusion-aligned content and coordination where relevant.
- Build strong relationships
- Act as a trusted partner to HR COEs and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Connect teams working on similar topics to improve alignment and shared execution.
- Stay outcomes-focused
- Track delivery, adoption, and feedback.
- Partner with Insights & Governance to monitor agreed measures of success and continuously improve enablement efforts.
- You’ll need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, Inclusion, Program/Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and experience driving work across functions without direct authority.
- Proven relationship management skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple workstreams.
- An outcome-oriented mindset focused on solving problems and improving experience.
We’d love to see:
- Experience working with employee resource groups or internal engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience creating internal materials such as presentations, toolkits, or templates.
