Bloomberg TV is looking for an experienced Line Producer for a 9-month maternity cover contract. The position is based in our London bureau.

You will be responsible for outputting one of our live morning programs- You must have demonstrated skills in TV news production including planning, writing, copy-editing, creating graphics/videos, and handling the pressure of breaking news. You must be able to embrace challenges, make split-second decisions and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We'll trust you to:

• Build and manage live show rundowns with accuracy and clarity that reflect Bloomberg's editorial priorities
• Confidently output live shows from the control room, make fast decisions in a high-pressure, breaking news environment
• Write scripts, commission graphics and produce other visual elements to support storytelling
• Coordinate with anchors/reporters, producers, control room and field teams to execute seamless broadcasts
• Work closely with Senior and Executive Producers

You'll need to have:

• At least three years experience in a similar role
• Organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• An ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Flexibility to work early mornings
• A good grasp of financial markets and Bloomberg's core coverage areas is strongly preferred.
