What’s the role?

Bloomberg Sell-Side EMS is looking for a Product Manager to drive the design and innovation of our next generation of market making products. The Sell-Side EMS product spans the full range of relevant tools for traders such as market connectivity, price engine, quoting engine, model engine, RFQ ticket, auto-quoting, STP, hedging tools, smart order router, virtual market trading. Product managers within the market making area will need to apply extensive experience and working knowledge of electronic trading to define product vision and detailed specifications.

We’ll trust you to:

* Present the vision, value proposition, roadmap and development progress to senior business management
* Work collaboratively with other Product Managers to integrate EMS services across all relevant workflows
* Document clear functional specifications (including SLAs) for each phase of product development
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and that all development milestones are met

You’ll Need to Have:

* 10* years’ experience in product management or related field*
* Expert knowledge of Sellside EMS products and systems
* Demonstrated acumen in Fixed Income electronic trading automation
* Experience managing complex projects and teams
* Hands-on experience with Fixed Income traders
* Asset class lifecycle experience in at least one of these asset classes: Rates, Credit
* Knowledge of trading business processes including Electronic Trading, Pricing, Risk, Trade Capture, Trade Lifecycle
* Experience with Fixed Income electronic trading systems and order management systems
* Knowledge of Software development process (Agile methodology preferred)
* Project management business acumen (status, risks, issues, dependencies)
* Bachelors Degree in associated focus (Product Management, Finance, STEM, etc)
