Bloomberg Electronic Trading Solutions (ETS) unites all of Bloomberg’s cross-asset electronic trading platforms into one team, delivering trading solutions and analytics to both our Buy-side and Sell-side clients. Our solutions are an integral part of the Bloomberg network, allowing our clients to seamlessly stage, monitor, trade, clear, allocate and perform TCA all on one platform. In addition to capturing workflow, securing terminals, and growing our franchise market share, we offer many revenue-generating solutions that integrate with Bloomberg and non-Bloomberg OMS solutions, on both sides of the market.

What's the role?

We are looking for an experienced sales professional, with a consistent track record, to join our growing AMER Trading Analytics Sales team and market a broad suite of multi-asset trading solutions and datasets, including our Liquidity Analytics, Trading Connectivity, and pre and post-trade TCA products.

As part of the Trading Analytics Sales team, you will work collaboratively to position a diverse range of enterprise trading solutions to existing Bloomberg clients, as well as prospects across both buy-side and sell-side institutions. Your role will be to develop and expand senior-level relationships across trading, quant, data sourcing, and c-suite functions, to understand client trading infrastructure and workflow, and to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through to successful adoption.

We'll trust you to:

- Apply your strong product knowledge, technical skills, and market knowledge to generate revenue for Enterprise Businesses & all of Bloomberg’s solutions
- Manage enterprise sales engagements with multiple customers, and long term requirements
- Articulate the features and benefits of Bloomberg enterprise level products in great detail, so that you can act as a partner for your customers
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of what your customers do so that you can position our products to them at multiple phases of an engagement to multiple stakeholders
- Contribute innovative ideas that anticipate and address client needs
- Collaborate internally to implement and complete beneficial solutions
- Participate actively in new projects that drive departmental and firm-wide initiatives and goals
- Seek out additional ways to make an impact, such as mentoring, involvement in training, running campaigns, and active involvement in product enhancement

You'll need to have:

- Experience driving complex enterprise sales strategies within financial services technology, SaaS, and data platform providers serving the financial services industry.
- A sound understanding of the financial markets across Equity, Listed products, FX & Fixed income market
- Awareness of trading processes, including OMS / EMS connectivity
- Exemplary presentation, training and communication skills in English
- The ability for regular travel

Salary Range = 145000 - 235000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
