The Corporate Treasury organization strives to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial and operational risk by leveraging internal and external relationships and utilizing best in class technology.
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for managing daily cash operations, supporting audit and compliance processes, maintaining banking infrastructure (Global Bank Account Database, KYC, FBAR), and driving treasury transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with internal finance teams, banking partners, and external auditors to ensure accurate cash positioning, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
We’ll trust you with:
• Preparation of daily cash positioning
• Ensure timely execution of daily investment activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders in AP, Cash Control, and Cash Applications to resolve issues and improve processes
• Manage External Audit requirements
• Prepare and review Global SOC1 reports
• Compile and finalize FBAR filings
• Coordinate with Legal, other stakeholders, to fulfill KYC requirements.
• Support strategic initiatives involving treasury systems and TMS tools
• Maintain monthly Letter of Credit database and reconcile outstanding balances
• Gain a deep understanding of our workflows; drive process improvement to ensure we are operating as efficiently as possible, including the successful use of technology
You will need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial controls.
• Experience with audits and compliance (SOX, SOC1, FBAR, KYC).
• Experience with financial systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with treasury systems (e.g., FIS, Kyriba) and data tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) is a plus.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems; improving processes and driving productivity
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to distill complexity with a methodical and organized approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with focus on process improvement and automation.
Salary Range = 110000 - 150000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
