What’s The Role?
Bloomberg is seeking a senior regional marketing leader to drive Corporate Marketing across EMEA — activating the enterprise brand strategy within the region and ensuring alignment between our corporate reputation, employer brand, and talent strategy.
This leader will partner across HR, Talent Acquisition, Brand, Communications, and regional business leadership to ensure Bloomberg shows up as one cohesive brand — to candidates, employees, clients, and the broader marketplace.
As the Senior Marketing Lead for EMEA, you will translate the global Corporate Marketing vision into a high-impact regional strategy that connects our brand narrative with the employee and candidate experience. You will ensure that what we stand for in the marketplace is fully aligned with what we deliver culturally across diverse EMEA markets.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and measurable impact.
We’ll Trust You To:
- Drive the Corporate Marketing strategy across EMEA, ensuring alignment between corporate brand positioning, reputation, and employee and candidate marketing initiatives.
- Lead and elevate employer brand activation across the region — spanning experienced hires, early careers, technical recruitment, and internal employee engagement.
- Partner closely with EMEA HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Brand, and senior business leaders to integrate messaging across audiences and touchpoints.
- Activate the refreshed Bloomberg brand across employee and candidate experiences, ensuring strong regional adoption and consistent storytelling.
- Translate global frameworks into regionally relevant activation plans while maintaining brand consistency and governance.
- Define and track clear KPIs that demonstrate impact across hiring performance, employee engagement, and brand perception.
- Strengthen collaboration and integration with APAC and global counterparts to ensure alignment and shared planning.
- Serve as the regional brand steward and strategic advisor, embedding brand thinking into regional planning and execution.
- Operate at both strategic and tactical levels — shaping long-term regional priorities while ensuring flawless execution of high-impact initiatives.
You’ll Need to Have:
- 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with strong expertise in corporate brand, employer brand, and employee marketing.
- Proven success leading regional or multi-market initiatives within a global, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to connect brand and talent marketing strategies to measurable hiring and engagement outcomes.
- Experience building data-driven performance frameworks and optimizing campaigns based on insights.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across HR, Communications, Brand, and business leadership.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A sharp analytical mindset with fluency in performance measurement and ROI evaluation.
