Proven Production Experience — 7+ years of experience building and maintaining robust production systems
Academic Foundation — a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
Analytical Problem Solving — ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps
Technical Reasoning — expertise in evaluating technology trade-offs, justifying design choices, and identifying optimal solutions for specific constraints
Distributed Systems Design — deep understanding of consistency, failure modes, and observability. You build pragmatically, avoiding both under- and over-engineering
Code Quality & Peer Review — a commitment to rigorous code reviews focusing on correctness, performance, and long-term maintainability
Automated Delivery — a results-oriented approach to testing and CI/CD, ensuring safe and predictable deployments
Product Ownership — a holistic view of the software lifecycle, taking responsibility for system health and performance post-deployment
