The Team
Bloomberg’s Talent Management team integrates process, technology, data, and emerging capabilities to power our enterprise-wide talent strategy. We are seeking a Talent Process Lead to own the end-to-end design, governance, measurement, and continuous evolution of critical talent processes that shape organizational effectiveness and support employee and leadership development.
What's the Role?
This is a high-impact role at the center of our evolving Talent Ecosystem. You will own and enhance key talent processes such as leadership development initiatives and building a skills framework, ensuring they are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with business priorities. This will require partnering closely with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption, enable growth, and embed a culture of continuous development and capability building across Bloomberg.
We’ll Trust You To:
- Develop and maintain a scalable skills and competency framework in partnership with stakeholders across HR, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of Bloomberg
- Manage and support key leadership development initiatives
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools and technologies (including AI-enabled solutions) that strengthen and modernize talent processes
- Identify opportunities to responsibly leverage AI and automation to enhance efficiency, insights, and user experience within talent programs
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of talent processes with broader Bloomberg initiatives
- Identify areas for process and user experience improvements and implement best practices grounded in data and emerging technologies
- Analyze metrics and insights related to talent processes to assess effectiveness and inform strategic improvements
- Deliver reporting and presentations to senior leadership on outcomes, insights, and impact of various talent processes
- Develop training, communication, and change strategies for talent processes to enhance understanding, adoption and engagement by managers and employees
- Stay informed on industry trends, including advancements in AI and HR technology, to keep Bloomberg’s talent practices competitive and forward-thinking
You’ll Need to Have:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Human Resources
- Experience in talent management processes, such as succession planning, potential assessment, performance evaluation, executive development and skills framework
- Demonstrated experience driving measurable impact on organizational effectiveness through strong process design, data-driven decision-making, and leading change management initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth
- AI literacy and fluency, including experience leveraging AI-powered tools, analytics platforms, or automation to improve processes, insights, or user experience
- Experience identifying opportunities to responsibly integrate AI into business processes, including assessing risk, governance, and change implications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Salary Range = 130000 - 160000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
