Role Overview

S2P Center of Excellence (CoE) & Performance Optimization team leads the execution and continuous improvement of the global Source-to-Pay operating model.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across S2P processes, governance, reporting & analytics, and enabling technologies. The lead partners closely with Sourcing, Procurement Ops, Accounts Payable, Finance, Shared Services, and Engineering teams to ensure S2P operates efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with enterprise objectives.

The role combines process leadership, data-driven performance management, digital enablement, and people leadership to improve service levels (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and business value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Process Excellence & Governance

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end S2P lifecycle (Sourcing, Contracting, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management).
  • Standardize and optimize global processes, policies, and controls to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Maintain and evolve S2P governance frameworks, including RACI, process documentation, and control environments.
  • Identify operational risk gaps and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage S2P initiative portfolio.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Manage centralized S2P reporting and analytics capabilities, delivering actionable insights across spend, compliance, cycle times, and operational performance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs in partnership with Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable and Shared Services.
  • Leverage data to identify automation, cost optimization, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Support leadership with executive ready business updates, reporting and performance dashboards.

Technology Enablement & Digital Optimization

  • Partner with Finance Systems, Engineering, and SAP teams to execute the S2P technology roadmap.
  • Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives across S2P platforms.
  • Identify and support automation and AI/ML use cases to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration and optimization of S2P systems

Transformation & Project Delivery

  • Lead or support cross-functional transformation initiatives across process, policy, and system domains.
  • Develop business cases for process improvements and technology investments.
  • Drive disciplined program management and change management practices to ensure adoption and sustainable results.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as a primary liaison across Sourcing, Vendor Risk and Compliance, Procurement Operations, Buyer teams, AP, Shared Services, SAP Business Solutions, Engineering, and SAP BW.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technology and reporting solutions.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts (product owners, process specialists, and technology analyst).
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Continue to build functional capabilities in data analytics, data insights, automation, and process optimization.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, Supply Chain, or Transformation roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of the end-to-end S2P lifecycle.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and technology implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement tools (Ariba, Icertis, Guided Sourcing).
  • Strong understanding of risk management and internal controls.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and coach teams.

Salary Range = 200000 - 240000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
