Our Data Validation Service (DVS) is a premium managed service designed to ensure that client portfolios are complete, accurate, and analytics-ready at the start of each trading day. The service combines automation, data expertise, and consultative support to help investment professionals rely on trusted risk and performance insights.
What’s the Role?
We are seeking a senior leader to head the Data Validation Service (DVS) team across the Americas, based in New York.
This role is accountable for the regional performance, growth, and strategic evolution of a complex, client-facing managed service business. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering data validation, portfolio analytics oversight, and consultative workflow support to asset managers and asset owners.
You will partner closely with Sales and Account Management to support client expansion and revenue growth, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to continuously enhance the service model. As a senior leader, you will act as a trusted advisor to key clients and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the region.
We’ll Trust You To:
- Own and evolve the operating model for the Data Validation Service in the Americas, ensuring scalability and consistent service excellence
- Lead and develop a high-performing, client-focused team
- Drive innovation initiatives that enhance client value and strengthen competitive positioning
- Identify operational risks, industry trends, and workflow opportunities, translating them into structured action plans
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Partner with Sales to support revenue growth and service expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to enhance the service offering
- Foster a culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and enterprise impact
You’ll Need to Have:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a client-facing financial services environment
- Deep understanding of buy-side investment workflows, including portfolio management, risk, performance attribution, and middle office operations
- Experience leading complex client engagements or managed service teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills across senior internal and external audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear executive-level messaging
- A passion for service excellence and innovation
We’d Love to See:
- Experience with fixed income and derivatives
- Experience working with portfolio analytics platforms or enterprise risk systems
- Demonstrated commercial acumen or prior experience partnering closely with Sales
Salary Range = 130000 - 205000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
