You will drive complex initiatives from concept through implementation. Success in this role requires the ability to move fluidly between deep technical discussions and executive-level communication, while building alignment across diverse stakeholders.

We'll trust you to

  • Engage with the broader AI and research community in discourse on responsible AI through conferences, workshops, shared tasks, and other collaborative efforts.

  • Develop frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for evaluating and deploying AI systems responsibly at scale.

  • Lead strategic and tactical engagements across the company, rapidly synthesizing technical, regulatory, and business considerations into actionable recommendations.

  • Translate emerging AI research, policy, and regulatory developments into practical guidance for internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct original, high-impact research in responsible AI, contributing to both internal advancements and the broader AI community.

You'll need to have:

  • Recognition as a research thought leader in one or more areas of responsible AI

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution

  • Experience communicating technical research to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across organizational boundaries

  • Experience working with executive stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives.

We'd love to see:

  • Experience implementing responsible AI practices in large-scale production environments

  • Contributions in AI governance, policy, or regulation, such as developing technical frameworks for regulatory compliance or contributing to standards bodies
