Decoded: Data at Bloomberg is a three-day immersive experience designed for students interested in a career at the intersection of data, finance and technology. You’ll gain firsthand insight into how our Data teams work to acquire, process and standardize the vast amounts of market data delivered to our clients.
What to Expect
Over the course of the program, you will:
Connect with business leaders and recruiters to learn about the Data department and its ever-evolving role at Bloomberg
Gain mentorship and career guidance from Bloomberg professionals
Participate in technical and behavioral interview preparation as you launch your career in data
Explore the Bloomberg Princeton Campus and experience its unique contribution to our culture

Program Requirements
Currently enrolled in a U.S. accredited university with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028*
Willingness to commit to biweekly 1-hour virtual mentoring sessions between June 2026 and September 2026
Must be available to attend the full three-day, in-person program (Aug 18-20)
*Priority will be given to students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computational Finance or any other STEM-related field
